When it comes to randomly created characters, the first '''Starblaze''' might take the cake. Physically strong, great light powers, body armor, not much with agility but with danger-senses, and the willpower of a squirrel. This was...well, a bit of a mess, and I eventually got around it a bit by eventually turning the character into a dupe by the villain of a tale, his head so screwed with that he eventually did a "suicide by cop" before that was a thing. This left his team a bit short, though, so I'd eventually create a new version to fill the void.
